We specialize in and offer a wide range of different surface finishing services to our customers for plastic and metal components and products. Our range of surface finishing techniques is attributable to our technical knowledge and application experience over the years since we commenced operations and enables us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Our ability to offer a range of surface finishing techniques with vertically integrated manufacturing services and in-house injection moulding capabilities allows us to produce quality plastic components and products for our discerning customers. Depending on the needs of our customers, our surface finishing capabilities include the following primary electrochemical processes: a. Electroplating; and b. Electroless Plating As well as the following secondary finishing processes: c. Electro phoretic Deposition ("ED") Coating; d. Physical Vapor Deposition ("PVD") Coating, and e. Spray Painting This stage may either be part of our integrated production process where components are produced by us or the start of a production process where molded components are provided by our customers. Depending on the specific requirements of our customers, most of the plastic components we manufacture for our customers will undergo our surface finishing process.
